I've got an ubuntu hardy, and I installed LiVES, but then, the video playback is REALLY slow, about one or two frame per second.
How can I fix this? I use totem + gstreamer0.10
What size of video frame are you using ? (width and height)
LiVES works well for video of dv size (720x560) or smaller.
For hd (1920x1080) you will get much slower frame rates.
It'san 720p video
The problem isn't LiVES, the probleme is that, since I isntalled it, totem (the video player of ubuntu) is playing the video in some kind of slow-motion, its very slow.
NOTE: I've restarted the computer and now the video playback is fine, I don't know what happened... If I think it's a bug or somethin I'll notify
