#1 bug in BBH challenge (spike in challenge 1.2.2)

Since no information on the maximum duration of the BBH
signal is recorded in xml file, the generating code
always takes the dfault value 31457280 seconds, which
doesn't take into account buffer 900 seconds before and
after the main data. XML file format for BBH must be
changed.
