#1 Version of HY-SSiB/SSiB from GSWP-2 runs/LIS 3.1+

Hello,

Around 30 April 2004, I shared the code for coupling
the HY-SSiB model as well as the SSiB model to LIS
with the LIS group.

Also, around 10 June 2004, Sujay shared with me
versions of this code for GSWP-2.

Since then, I've made some minor changes to the code,
and I assume some minor changes have been made on
the LIS end as well. I'm not sure if I've shared all
of the
changes I've made with the LIS group or not.

What I'd like to do is compare your current versions of
these two models in LIS with my versions, with the goal
of having a corrected and checked version of these models
ready for the LIS 3.1 (or beyond) code release.

These changes shouldn't take me long to make, but if
you're in the middle of changes for GSWP-2, I can wait.
However, if you haven't yet started GSWP-2 runs for these
models, I think I should make the changes to the code now,
because they could (slightly) affect the output, depending
on the exact state of the codes that you have.
