#320 RCMM toggle_bit_mask not working in transmitting

I found file (http://www.onevista.com/lircd.conf),
I try sending it using LIRC, but toggle_bit_mask not working.
it should toggle on every button press.
did it work in your case?
kindly let me know, if you have any solution.
i test toggle_bit_mask in RC5, and it works fine in RC5, but not working in RCMM

i search the code and found that withoud modification it is not possible to transmitt RCMM with toggle bit.
I have modified the code , and now its working.
let me know if anyone want it.
and also let me know how to upload it to source on sourceforge or GIT, i dont know to use it.
