#266 0.9.4d Missing Initial IR Packet

0.9.4d gets out of phase when "woken up" missing initial transmissions. Continually active transmisions are no problem, it is merely after rest.

I tried 0.9.3.a and is fine.

See attached log. "Pause>>" are echoed into log before remote press.

Double confirmed also not kernel, if left for same period mode2 receipts a valid IR seq

    Hm...sorry fpor late reply. Could you possibly do a git bisect to find the offedning commit? If this doesn't make any sense to you, jsut let me know and I''l explain.

    Note that it's possibe to run lircd without acutally installing it, see CONTRIBUTE.md in the top directory.

    Ping? I have no chance to reproduce this, so I need some help...

    Also: The history mention some logs, but I don't see them. Could you possibly attach them?

    EDIT: The logs are attached "blushes"
