XMP decode fails without couple minute spacing

Hi all,

I have setup lirc on my Pi 4 I think correctly. It is a comcast xr15 remote
so i downloaded the comcast RNG-150 base configuration and successfully
recorded a few buttons without much trouble. Running irw i see that lirc
will successfully the first button press, but subsequent button presses
fail to decode on bits 1 or 29. After a couple of minutes it will work
again. I've attached the log file here with debug level 10.

Please let me know if you have any ideas what could be causing the problem
or what more information could be helpful.
