lirc 0.10.0 available

Greetings!


The first version in the 0.10 branch is available at [1] after a long 
holiday delay. The changes from rc3 are minor build issues.

A debian source package is also available at [1]. fedora, mageia and 
epel-7 packages will be available at the COPR repo [2] (the builders 
seems down at the moment).

Official Debian rc3 packages are available in the experimental channel, 
0.10.0 is under way.
