Controlling Cisco CHS 335HDS box (Verizon FIOS)

Hi,

Anyone have a working lircd.conf file to control this settop box?  I 
tried recording my own using a Hauppauge IR receiver, but apparently the 
remote is outside the frequency range of this receiver.  I also tried 
using the RC-5 extended file (since it appears to use a remote made by 
Philips) , but so far haven't had any success.
