How to learn remote that only has 4 buttons/convert pronto codes?

I have a Hunter Douglas Power Rise remote that has only 4 outputs - up and
down for units 1 and 2.  I tried to learn it but wasn't able to.  I suspect
it is because it has so few buttons.  I found what I think are pronto codes
but am not sure how to convert them to lirc.

BTW, this is an early HD remote that only uses IR, not like the new ones
that also have RF.
