lirc_igorplugusb[3]: Device buffer overrun.

Hi, I am using Igorplugusb and I see this error in dmesg: lirc_igorplugusb[3]: Device buffer overrun.  It occurs quite often.  I think this may be the reason the receiver requires multiple button presses sometimes..  Has anyone else had this problem?  Know how to fix?
