Patch: add another id to mceusb2 + patch for kernel 2.6.20

Hi,
here are 2 patches: one for supporting another SMK mce receiver
(it's built into the Sony VAIO VGN-AR21S laptop)
and another patch to make it work in 2.6.20-rc4.
