Need Serial IR Receiver

Where can I buy an IR serial receiver thats ready (with no additional 
assembly or modification) to be connected to a serial (com) port header on 
my motherboard?  I plan to mod the face of the case slightly to mount the 
receiver.

Ultimately, I don't want any external dangly bits and would like to use a 
standard remote control with MythTV.

Any suggestions?
