Two-part codes

I have a remote that transmits some buttons as two codes like this:

A5 5A 5E A1 01 00
A5 5A 07 F8 01 00

irrecord only picks up the first value, which is shared with other
buttons.

Is it possible to use these two-part codes with lirc?
