I can only get it to react if I press the buttons in miscellaneous random positions. It works 2-5% of the time. I am not very familiar with IR and lirc beyond buying the 210L and installing lirc, so forgive me if I sound like an idiot... What's a "IR attenuating filter" ? I'm assuming it's something that would clear up the IR signal for the receiver, but where would I get something like that?
