Hi, I try to use Logitech Z-5 (with remote) on my Raspberry PI. When I plug in speakers to RPI I can see the device /dev/input/event0, if I test it with irw works correctly: # lircd -n --driver=devinput --device=/dev/input/event0 lircd-0.9.0-pre1[2772]: lircd(devinput) ready, using /var/run/lirc/lircd lircd-0.9.0-pre1[2772]: accepted new client on /var/run/lirc/lircd lircd-0.9.0-pre1[2772]: initializing '/dev/input/event0' # irw 0000000080010071 00 KEY_MUTE devinput 0000000080010071 00 KEY_MUTE devinput 0000000080010071 00 KEY_MUTE devinput 0000000080010071 00 KEY_MUTE devinput but don't works if meanwhile I use L-5 speakers, with mpg321 or mpd for example. When mpd works no key pressed is displayed, when I stop mpd, irw immediatly show me pressed buttons again. Now L-5 spreakers is the preferred card: # cat /proc/asound/cards 0 [Speakers ]: USB-Audio - Logitech Z-5 Speakers Logitech Logitech Z-5 Speakers at usb-bcm2708_usb-1.2.3, full speed 1 [ALSA ]: BRCM bcm2835 ALSbcm2835 ALSA - bcm2835 ALSA bcm2835 ALSA # cat /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf ... options snd-usb-audio index=0 nrpacks=1 options snd-bcm2835=-2 ... Seems something like a conflict on the same USB canal. I'm using an USB powered HUB to avoid power issue on RPI, but don't helps. How can I make ALSA and lirc working togheter, in the same time? If I use the wrong device in lircd, what is the right device to use?
