I compiled it and ran it on kernel 22.214.171.124 using "--with-driver=all",
and for the remotes that I have it works fine.
However, there is a problem compiling on kernel 2.6.15-rc7. Apparently,
the BTTV card constants have been renamed from BTTV_* to BTTV_BOARD_*.
As a result, the lirc_gpio driver does not compile. I have attached a
patch that fixes the lirc_gpio.c file and makes the backward
compatibility changes to the kcompat.h files. The patch compiles on both
kernel versions, but since I do not have a remote that uses lirc_gpio
so I do not know whether or not it works.
