Hello. I've been able to get /dev/lirc0 and lirc1 made and I can load lircd with two different pids. The problem I'm having is that irw will only read from the last lircd that is loaded. I know it connects to /dev/lircd which has a minor number of 0 in /dev. Basically I would like to be able to use both my ATI Remote wonder and my Hauppauge remotes at the same time. Is this even possible? Stephen |

You can chain several lircd instances with --listen and --connect. Christoph |

No. The first instance handles the ATI remote and is started with --listen. The second handles the Hauppauge and connects to the first instance. All client programs should connect to the second lircd instance to get signals from both remotes. Christoph |
