I was unable to get the RW+ remote that I received working in either
Windows or Linux. The receiver, however, works with my RW-I remote.
For this reason, I suspect that there may not be an initialization
problem. I assume your remote works in Windows.
Could you send me the output of lsusb -l and the driver's debug output
when running irrecord?
