I found out that there is a contributed configuration file for 'lirc' project
for creative INFRA cdrom drive at http://lirc.org.
I own an creative infra cdrom drive my self, and I want to get my infra setup
working so that I can help my friends and relatives I have migrated to linux
environment so far.
So far I tried to lirc and found it to be no help, but I wonder why we have
creative infra conf file in lirc when lirc FAQ tells it does not support
creative infra cdrom.
I did tried irmanlib, but then I realized I am clue less what kind of device
infra component will be to linux.
Very limited help available on net far as i found out, so please help me as
much as you can and I shall be very thankfull to you.
Thanks for going through my mail.

5.Does LIRC support the Creative Infra CD-ROM?
No, the config file you can find on the LIRC website was created with a
serial port receiver.
