The story so far: been using lirc with home made serial receiver and VDR
on Fedora Core 1 for quite some time with no problems. Remote is Thomson
Upgraded to FC3 to get xorg unichrome hwmpeg2 support for xine on my
Epia M10000 machine. Installed lirc 0.7.0 from source.
Since then I have not been able to get lirc to work again.
I have been able to detect key presses at various stages but not go all
the way through the irrecord process. It always stops at Vol+ and or
Vol-. I tried making a lircd.conf without volume control (not very
useful a remote if you can't turn up the sound to drown out the SO...)
I have tried using the supplied .conf for my remote.
At the moment I can no longer see the remote at all with mode2 etc...
Any advice greatly appreciated
Le mercredi 12 janvier 2005 =E0 15:11 +0100, tony a =E9crit :
reinstalled lirc 0.7.0 from source.
8250 18816 0
serial_core 20096 1 8250
lirc_serial 12128 0
lirc_dev 12428 1 lirc_serial
but I don't have an interrupt for the serial port.
My serial port setup is screwed. Any advice welcome
