Does it means I should remove all the pulse markers (providing just length values) from captured stream or just starting space and following pulse?

/dev/lirc uses LIRC_MODE_MODE2 on the receive direction, but
LIRC_MODE_PULSE on the transmit side. That's why simply retransmitting
previously captured data will not work.

You have to remove the starting space and any timeout reports from the
captured stream. And you have to remove the pulse marker.
