Someone out there has to have it compiling correctly as there are RPMs built
with the binaries that are working for quite a few people.  The following
Fedora RPMS for LIRC are installed on my system as of now (this is a new
system built from scratch with a fresh OS install, YMMV)


Obviously the LIRC that's installed for my FC5 system is a CVS version
gotten from ATRPMS.
