The barco remote for the pulse projector (R8769195) causes a segmentation fault when used in RC5 mode (the barco remote can be switched between RC5 and NEC, NEC works fine). It allows you to try 2 lines (after the first line, it gives the usual "got gap 113562us"). A segmentation fault can be avoided if only number keys are pressed (0-9). Using another key causes a segmentation fault (with the unusual exception of # and * keys, which seem to be able to be pressed, but only in moderation).
After the initial stage, it can reccord some of the buttons that previously caused a segmentation fault (for example, it can record macro and enter, while these will cause a segmentation fault if pressed during the initial stage, but not the right arrow key.
Acutally,... I've just used my reomte control with NEC. the first time it worked, except when I was trying to log the power button. It wouldn't log the power button , I used up all my retries, and had to start over. When I started over, it began throwing segmentation errors again in the same manner as described for RC5 (only accepts numbers in the first stage)
