Liquid 2.3.3 release

Liquid 2.3.3 has been released. There are three versions, 3Delight8, Generic, and Prman14, each 32 and 64 bit.

here the new implementations/fixes

2.3.3
- liquidGeneratePlace3dTexture( int scoped ) mel command available - maya 3d textures will be output in RIB as scoped or standard coordinate systems
- liquid curves can be assigned a base and tip width
- new liquid curves group creates a single RiCurves primitive for a group of nurbs curves

New LiquidMaya 2.3 Release

LiquidMaya is an Open Source Maya to Renderman interface, it has been used successfully in production on a number of films including: Superman Returns, Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy, Troy and Fellowship of the Ring.

The plugin has been compiled for Maya2008 32 and 64. Its been tested mainly with 3Delight and Prman. Here are some new features:

- prePosterous mel binding with 60+ Ri commands
- global and per object mel insertion points
- Maya poly edge and corner creases supported

Binary Released

There is now a binary available for Win32 and Linux. Please be aware it's be compiled against the prman libs. We are working towards a more open method of dealing with all the different renders and their specific shader utilities.

Source Release

Hi folks, I know a lot of people are waiting for this, the source should be available in the next week or so. I am just going through the final stages of packaging it up etc. Also - because of the numerous different platforms, renderers, and shader compilers I have a feeling there will be some growing pains over the first few releases to cover everyones needs off.
