No. The SDF Convert app knows nothing about Lipids and this is a Lipid specific task.
Instead there are some changes to the next release that let you do the same thing, but as it is supposed to be.
A TSV reader and writer have been added (tab seperated values). SDF to rows outputs tsv files.
You need to change the header name in the tsv so that it matches the required input in Lipid Reporter (see the filter info text for details).
With this reader and the this change you can apply the filter to the tsv file.
