#48 Xorg 7.3/xserver 1.4 extended input scale correction
The final additions that will make it possible to use applications like gimp on Xorg 7.3 where the input event reporting has been changed so they don't call the rescale method anymore in the driver.
It works, but that about it I'd say. Don't change screen mode, tablet, or anything else that will affect the screen or tablet data in any way unless you're about to restart X again. Once the X.org guys get in scaling again it should get better again..
Tested on a single screen with:
* Single area, absolute&relative mode
* Multiple areas, absolute mode
Test with TwinView and other configuration I haven't tried would be appreciated.
