[Linuxvm-dev] DO NOT RESTART CT SERVER

Aloha,

Do not restart CT server.  It is running as a service now and there are four
consoles running on .92, one for every port.  I would have to restart each
console.

Can we have the four windows run as a deamon?  If there was an issue we
could stop ctserver, it would kill all the apps, and then resart it, staring
the apps when ctserver was running?

I can test it tonight if you are ready.
