I can't connect to any of the ports 1200-1203 and 'ctserver status' retuens
'ctserver dead but subsys locked'
The echo program in unittest returns 'exception caught:
VPBREG_NO_VPB_DEVICES_DETECTED, file: vpbreg.cpp line:369'

All this happened after the reboot when I changed the card.  The echo
program and walk test programs were working fine last night.
This has nothing to do with ctserver, these programs talk directly to the
driver.

I wonder if it got hosed with all the beta drivers we have installed.  I
could have a clean install by this evening.
I would be able to back up the entire home directory using the winscp
program, I would just drag the folder on to a local hard drive here.
