[Linuxvm-dev] Can not get ctserver to return "0"

Ben,

I can not get the ctserver to respond to a "0" properly.  If you change 1 or
2 in playrec to a 0 you can duplicte behaviour.

($ctport->event eq "0") is never true.  I have tried to call from three
different phones and a cel phone with no luck.
