[Linuxvm-dev] Beta 16

I know everything we are using has the 'beta' in it, but I am dissapointed
we can't get this new driver/ctserver to even answer the phone.

I hope it is not something on our end.  Can we be sure of that?

I want to pound them to find them the answer if it is on their side.

I was able to get an answer using ctserver-1.01 and both
vpb-driver-2.2.31 and vpb-driver-2-2-33-beta-2.

When using ctserver-2-beta-16, there is no answer and I get this
message:

  2003/07/30-19:34:49 [00] Connection accepted on Sd 11
  2003/07/30-19:34:49 [00] ctwaitforring
  2003/07/30-19:34:49 No dst for message
  2003/07/30-19:34:49 [00] Invalid Message!: ctwaitforring

There is an answer using ctserver-2-beta-13, but not with betas
1[456] with the vpb-driver-2-2-33-beta-2.
