The system went down sometime around 10:15 - Symptom, it would not answer
the phone.
Here is a screen shot of what I was looking at and an explanation
I tried to get the ctserver status using sudo. It prompted my for my
password, it did not come back with the status so I thought I mistyped my
password and entered it again
I tried to get status two more times, nothing.
ps ax got no hits for ctserver
erased my shutdown command and tried a few more things
I could not start ct server, I tried it 5 or 6 more times after this screen
shot with the same error message
pa ax of Openums found all the services.
I did a `shutdown -r now` system rebooted and when it came back up, all
calls were processing fine
