hi Guys,

there is a new driver and ctserver on the web site.
ctserver now plays nicely with the OpenLine/Log4 cards (thanks Matt for
pointing that one out).
Watchdog is now working properly, and requires a flag from the command
line to turn on (only for OpenSwitch12 cards).

Driver is now happy with older OpenSwitch12 cards.
A bug left over from testing has been removed.

Done.  Just stop the ctserver, load the new module and restart ctserver.

There are two known (by Matt and I) problems with the current ctserver.

1) Anytime you try to record something, it only records for about half 
a second
after the beep, and then cuts you off.

2) if the ctserver it started with the "--log <dir>" argument, it seems 
to not
answer the phone when it rings.

On the other hand, it accepts portreset commands now and seems to be
friendlier when the connecting script goes away and then reconnects.

Am investigating #2.  I'll probably have to defer #1 to the voicetronix 
folkes.
