[Linuxvm-dev] Transfer

Kev,

Everything seems to be working well.

The only issue seems to be the transfer, I changed the DR's on the .94 box
to no transfer.

They are not going to have phones, they only will have mailboxes.  When
someone selects them we should just play their greeting and record.

I have our system only using 3 ports.  You can do an `./openums -s 1203` and
dial 356-0083

ok, i'll look fix this tomorrow. i actually remembered this. is it safe to
assume that if someone does not have the transfer flag at 1, we should
just record a message for them? also what if they do not have a greeting?
