Will.
A replacement of a tuple in the space is currently an awkward process:
You repeatedly do a non-blocked GET, followed by a PUT. It typically takes
3 connections to the server to replace a single tuple.
I'm planning to extend the set of operations with a REPLACE that takes
two arguments: a template to specify the tuples that need scrapping, and
a tuple that replaces the scrapped tuples.
Let me know if you want me to put this change in the tree, else I will
keep it in my working tree only, or maybe do a cvs branch, as it would
be quite a big change.
