[LinuxTS-users] How can I change keyboard layout?

Hello all!

I'm a newbie in Cygwin and LinuxTC.
I downloaded combined LinuxTS & Cygwin .exe package.  
Could you please tell me how can I configure the X server on my
(Windows) site? I want to change keyboard layout from one language to
another.
When I connect from Linux box, layout shift works well, but when I
connect from Windows using LinuxTC I cannot change language.
I looked for xorg.conf on my Windows machine, but did not find it.
