NetBSD/sh5 can use either ABI (at least, the 64-bit ABI worked last time I tried it using some version of gcc-current) for both userland and kernel. By default, it uses the 32-bit ABI, if only because the 64-bit ABI offers no advantage on current silicon. The PIC bug I described earlier occurs with the 32-bit ABI. Cheers, Steve |
