[linuxsh-dev] 2.4.20 cleanup

Hi,

I'll commit following changes to 2.4 branch soon.

	* init/main.c: Removed.
	* drivers/block/rd.c: Removed.
	* include/linux/highmem.h: Removed.

These files are same as original one(main.c, rd.c) or old and buggy (highmem.h).
