[linuxsh-dev] Patch files for SH4 system with linux-2.4.18 + RTLinux-3.2-pre1

I've been doing some work to make linux-2.4.18 + RTLinux/Free-3.2-pre1
work on Hitachi SH4 lately. (Some may remember that I've put patches for
2.4.5 + 3.0 for SH4 before.)

Mr.Saito of Interface Co.Ltd, Japan initiated this version-up process,
using 2.4.17 + RTL3.1. So many cheers should go to him.

Today I've put patch files and simple docs on the net, as a snapshot of
the work above, here:

Currently the resultant kernel/modules won't provide you "Real-Time" yet.
Telnet-connection or application-launch causes several hundred microsec
jitter with examples/measurements test-program.

These patches works for Hitachi SolutionEngine 7750S, but may work for
other platform.

I wish someone interested would try out this, nail down the cause of
jitter, and hopefully make this true "Real-Time", together.
