[linuxsh-dev] Merging linux-2_5-restructure into HEAD

I'm ready.  HEAD is already broken for 2.5, so merging a semi-working (for
Dreamcast) restructure won't lose anything, and linux-sh 2.5 development is
pretty much dead otherwise.  I'd also like to do this before I sync up with
2.5.45.

Are there any objections?=20
