[linuxsh-dev] LinuxSH 2.4.20-pre11

Boots and tested (not extensively) on my Dreamcast.  Same with the previous
2.4.19.  Note Paul Mundt said his 2.4.19 kernel deadlocked on his SE 7750,
but I don't know if he's found the problem yet.  Please let us know if you
have problems with either of these kernels on your boards.
