[linuxsh-dev] TMU1 and KGDB in 2.4.18

FYI -- as threatened last month, I finally checked in the TMU1 and
KGDB patches into the 2.4 branch.  The KGDB certainly isn't perfect
(I wouldn't be surprised to see ST submit updates real soon) but does seem
to work reasonably on the Solution Engine boards I have.
