Fabio The only thing sh-stub needs to know is where RAM and ROM are. Your board uses the standard Hitachi layout, so you can use the same file as the SH4 SolutionEngine (sesh3.mem). You will probably need to modify the init-xxx.S file you use though, to set up the right memory timings for your board.
