The file init/main.c has no difference (it's moved to init/do_mounts.c)
to mainline version.

End of last year, I've ignored the difference of include/linux/highmem.h, 
but it was correctly introduced in mainline (the flush_dcache_page call), 
and has no (potential) difference now too.

I'll remove them from the repository.

The file drivers/block/rd.c will remain for a while, as I don't know
my removal of flushing the cache is OK or not.
