I don't think there is a PCI ID maintainer, at least not anyone who does
anything important.  People just toss their changes to the kernel
maintainer.

I can't comment on the SGS Thomson -> STM change, but maybe it was down
because the full name is too long?  Unknown.  The rest look sane.
