Since these files are maintained by David Woodhouse, I don't send them to
mainline.

This is changes for 8139too, I and Takeshi sent them to 8139too
maintainer two or three times, but it has not yet included.
I don't know the status of this change.  Takeshi?

I've changed the document slightly to follow current implementation.
I'm thinking new API for the chage of mm/memory.c.  Let's leave them.

These are paranoia thing which I put once.  I think that we should remove
them when we will find it's safe to remove.  Don't send them to mainline.

This version is known not to work.  I think that Takeshi has newer
