[linuxsh-dev] Bootstraping Toolchain

Well, I flush things I've done those months.

The issue is bootstrapping GNU Toolchain for SuperH.

Once I've done it at September under
	ftp://ftp.m17n.org/pub/linux-sh/testing/debian-010919/
and this is the update.

It only includes GCC, Binutils and Glibc.

It will be available at:
	ftp://ftp.m17n.org/pub/linux-sh/testing/debian-011210/
	(now I'm rsync-ing to this...)

Please note that this includes working directories along with
sources and results.

I hope that we can share this procedure and will formalize somewhat to
have toolchain of better quality.
