[linuxsh-dev] stable SH4 environment

For those weeks, I've been experimenting (finding) stable tool chain.

I've put my bootstrapping of Debian SuperH at:
	ftp://ftp.m17n.org/pub/linux-sh/testing/debian-010911/

This includes sh3,sh3eb,sh4,sh4eb.

Most is specific to Debian.

The patch I've used for GCC is at:
ftp://ftp.m17n.org/pub/linux-sh/testing/debian-010911/STEP-1.4/sh3/gcc-3.0-3.0.2ds0/debian/patches/superh.dpatch

Cross compiler works well.

Even with reverted sys_sh.c, libpthread.so doesn't work well, investigating.
