Please contact Hitachi for that.  GNU implementation just follows the
ABI Hitachi defined.  We (Kaz and me) had to define the extention of
ABI by ourselves, because (at that time) Hitachi was reluctant to add
the feature.  Hence, it was separate document.  Happily, it has been
included into Hitachi's ABI definition.  Thanks to Hitachi and Kaz for
the effort.  The separate document is still available for the
reference and for the record.
