[linuxsh-dev] Files for 7751 Solution Engine

A couple months ago we added support for the 7751
Solution Engine (well, absolute minimal stuff) and
Niibe-san requested that it be made a new machine
type.  So -- we haven't really improved anything,
but I've attached a patch to separate the 7751
Solution Engine stuff from the regular Solution
Engine (7709, 7750, etc.)... can I get the ok to
check it in?

(Yeah, I do read this list, and I realize this is likely
a rotten time to be asking to include a patch which
adds more mach_xxxx.c type stuff in arch/sh/kernel
and the like... but unless and until the tree structure
does change, that's where it goes.  And if it does
change, I'll happily participate in the restructuring
as much as I'm able!)
