IRQ auto-probing is working now. Somehow, it became that INIT can go further before reboot than before applying this change. These may be related... ----- BTW, I see the message from "make" that "cyclic dependencies between include/linux/bootmem.h and include/linux/mmzone.h has been discarded" (I see this message in Japanese, so the exact wording may be different).
